Core Inputs

Number of Desktops and Laptops (AKA: Endpoints): Number of Users (for user services like Phishing Protection, MFA, Password Manager, etc.): I don't know the exact user count. Use the same number as Desktops and Laptops. Hint: Most businesses have roughly the same number of users as endpoints. Number of Servers (Virtual and Physical): Hint: Make sure to include Virtual Servers, Cloud Servers, and Bare Metal Servers. Number of Network Devices (e.g. Firewalls, Switches, Wireless Access Points, NAS/SAN, Network Printers): Hint: Most SMBs have a minimum of 5 devices. After 15 endpoints, it can be estimated with 3 endpoints per network device. So for 21 endpoints, it can be estimated around 7 network devices.

Payment Preferences (Unlock Discounts)

Plan to pay primarily via ACH (3% discount)? Plan to setup Autopay for monthly services (5% discount; one-time labor/hardware/software charges require manual payment)? Plan to have multiple stored payment methods in our portal (2% discount, in case primary fails for autopay)?

Note: For new clients, enjoy an additional 10% introductory discount for the first 12 months. All discounts combined up to 20% for first 12 months, then up to 10% ongoing. Discounts do not apply to SaaS (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe, etc.), which are not included in this estimate. Non-profits are provided further discounts, to help them focus on their cause instead of budget constraints, upon request of a formal quote.
